We had a wonderful stay at Ivan’s home in Tannersville. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with AC in all bedrooms and the common area Ivan was an extremely responsive and friendly host, when one downstairs bedroom didn’t have AC, he immediately offered to put in a window unit and sent a brand new portable fan for us. The location is super convenient for Kaaterskill Falls, making it easy to go back and forth and find parking for hikes. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs, made things much easier for my mom, who can’t do stairs, and access to the backyard was step-free as well. We were 8 people plus our dog and felt very comfortable—the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and Ivan even helped us with local vet info for our pet. The only thing we missed was a covered area in the backyard to enjoy the outdoors when it rained—but that’s just a nice-to-have We enjoyed day trips to Kingston and Woodstock - great options for food & sightseeing Overall, we were all very happy!

Ivan is a very friendly and cooperative host that is always willing to help out!! The home is very beautiful and if you like the modernity of a home surrounded by nature, this home is definitely for you. Lots of resources inside the home are available and there are plenty of entertainment options as well.

We had a lovely time at the Cozy Mountain Getaway. Was the house perfect…no…but it did what we needed it to do. It was clean & quiet with just woods in the backyard. They could use a new couch (that seats at least 4 comfortably) and some Feng Shui in the living room so it’s easier to play pool but the kitchen had everything we needed and so did the rooms (pillows could use an upgrade). Good showers in the 2 bathrooms. We loved the hot tub! Sadly couldn’t use the fire pit a lot due to high winds. The best part about Cozy was the location! We could walk to the trailhead for the Kaaterskill Falls. There are also lots of other trails to discover in the area. Tannersville is an adorable town & Shandaken Bake is awesome! This home isn’t a beauty with amazing views of some lake or something but if you need a nice, clean, convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in the Catskills, I recommend. Ivan & Ryan were very responsive. We asked several questions and they responded very quickly.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home during a ski trip away with friends. The close proximity to Hunter Mountain, the hot tub, and the large bedrooms drew us to this home and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Ryan was super communicative and even dropped off extra towels when we requested them!

This was a cozy and lovely space for two families. The hot tub was a great bonus at the end of a ski day and everyone enjoyed the pool table and games. There were also desks available for a remote work opportunity if needed. Would stay again.

Ryan was extremely helpful and responsive. Perfect snowboarding spot within a few minutes of Hunter Mountain, also several other mountains within an hour away. House had plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the hot tub. Nice and clean house with fresh clean blankets. Location was great several restaurants nearby. Enjoyed a great stay, highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect house for visiting Hunter (7 mins) and Windham (25 mins). Everything was as described and Ryan was a gracious host. The house has 4 real bedrooms and slept 8 comfortably. We accidentally left some items behind and Ryan was nice enough to offer to mail it back to us. We will be returning.
