We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s place. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our favorite was relaxing on the covered deck. The location was perfect. We liked being able to walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We would definitely return!

We had a lovely weekend at Ivan's place. It was very convenient to downtown Tannersville, and Ivan provided lots of great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. He was responsive to all our questions and made both check-in and check-out easy.

Great property. As a family with small children we loved the hot tub, firepit area, grill for bbq, ping pong and games. The location is great also. We will hopefully be back soon!

Enjoyed our stay! Great centralized location near both North South Lake and Hunter Mountain, and Main Street in Tannersville. Definitely a benefit to have the fenced in yard since we brought our dogs along for the trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivan’s home in Tannersville. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with AC in all bedrooms and the common area
Ivan was an extremely responsive and friendly host, when one downstairs bedroom didn’t have AC, he immediately offered to put in a window unit and sent a brand new portable fan for us.
The location is super convenient for Kaaterskill Falls, making it easy to go back and forth and find parking for hikes. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs, made things much easier for my mom, who can’t do stairs, and access to the backyard was step-free as well.
We were 8 people plus our dog and felt very comfortable—the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and Ivan even helped us with local vet info for our pet.
The only thing we missed was a covered area in the backyard to enjoy the outdoors when it rained—but that’s just a nice-to-have
We enjoyed day trips to Kingston and Woodstock - great options for food & sightseeing
Overall, we were all very happy!

Ivan’s home was absolutely beautiful, a lot bigger than I imagined from the photos. Not a far drive from hiking trails, cute small town nearby. Everything closed early so that was the only downside. Super quiet neighborhood which was peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Ivan is a very friendly and cooperative host that is always willing to help out!! The home is very beautiful and if you like the modernity of a home surrounded by nature, this home is definitely for you. Lots of resources inside the home are available and there are plenty of entertainment options as well.

My wife and I rented Ivan's AirBnB for our anniversary and we had a wonderful stay. Ivan was super responsive and offered lots of recommendations. The location was great and very easy to find. The Main Street area in Tannersville had some cute shops, but there were a lot of other things to do within 20-30 minutes from the house. Everything was very clean, neat, and organized, and the addition of the second bathroom, deck, and hot tub were all super nice. Any questions we had and Ivan would respond very quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Ivan's place if you're looking for a peaceful and scenic location in the Tannersville / Hunter Mountain area.

We had a great stay. The house is older but has been really nicely redone—it’s full of character, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location: surrounded by nature, but you’re actually just a few minutes from restaurants and shops.
The hot tub and ping pong table were awesome additions, especially on the days when the weather wasn’t ideal. They made it easy to have fun and relax without even leaving the house.
Great host - communication was quick, clear, and super helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, this place is the perfect mix of cozy, convenient, and fun. It’s a perfect spot for a getaway from NYC or CT - close enough for an easy trip, but it truly feels like an escape. Highly recommend!
